The Cliffbrook Playhouse is a two-story wooden house that’s made for your backyard—any backyard, really, since the footprint goes up instead of out, taking up less grass space in the yard. Kids can get some much-needed screen-free time outside while role playing in this unique clubhouse. The bottom level has cute half doors in front and in back, providing two ways to enter/exit. There are two benches out front for guests to sit and visit. Two ledges are also built in so kids can pretend they have a drive-thru food restaurant or put on a puppet show. Boys and girls can climb up the ladder in the back to visit the second level—a sloped roof area with an expansive balcony and plenty of windows for airflow. Get to the ground in record time with the wavy slide—sure to be a favorite feature. With premium wood components that are treated with stain that has UV and mold protection, this outdoor playhouse will be the place for kids to enjoy year-round.

We currently do not have an on-site installation service, but don't worry, we have detailed and easy-to-follow installation instructions.
Is the set easy to disassemble and move?
The set can be disassembled and taken with you when you move. You should be able to put it back together securely at your new house with the help of the manual. It is possible that, after many years, some hardware may be difficult to remove and may need to be replaced.
What tools will I need for installation?
The necessary tools for installation include a drill, ½” & 7/16” sockets & wrench, a hammer, an adjustable wrench, a tape measure, a screwdriver, a Phillips bit, a carpenter square, a 1/8” drill bit, and a posthole digger.
